“Chef Daniela and Terri were amazing last night! She is not a caterer, she is a personal chef that makes everything fresh (nothing is pre-cooked). Our meal was so delicious, appetizers were so beautiful and I loved the topping options on the mozzarella mousse! The pistachio and almond crusted pork was so tender and flavorful and went perfectly with the asparagus risotto. I haven’t had risotto like this since I was last in Italy. We haven’t been able to go to Italy/Europe these past few years, so this was the next best thing... we brought a bit of Italy to our house and shared with a few friends.
